How do I reserve a rental UTV?

Contact us with the date, location, type of event, features or needs to check for availability.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve rental UTVs for a specific time period.

Do you deliver and pick up rentals?

We provide rentals to the greater New England area, the U.S. East Coast, and Southern Canada. Delivery and pick-up are available in some locations, with delivery fees based on mileage, scheduling, and other details. Contact us for specific details.

Do I need a special driver's license?

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license. A brief instruction session will be provided to the renter on delivery. Operation is similar to that of a car:

  • Apply brakes to stop or change gears.

  • Press gas pedal to accelerate.

  • Depress brake to stop.

  • Turn steering wheel in the direction you wish to turn.

  • Use parking break to secure.

Do I need special insurance for my rental UTV?

Renters should secure damage and liability insurance with their own provider. Client is responsible for damage to the vehicle, to the operator, to patient being treated/transported, or to pedestrians and other vehicles.

 

A signed rental/liability waiver is required before rentals will be released.

Will the UTV be fueled in advance? What type of fuel does it require?

UTVs will be fully fueled prior to delivery. Renter must provide additional fuel if needed. Please refer to user manual to determine whether regular or diesel fuel is indicated.

What happens if the UTV is damaged by the renter or the renter's assigned operator(s)?

Damage incurred during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter. Renters should ensure that their insurance provider includes damage and liability coverage during the rental period.

Are equipment or supplies included with on my rental?

All vehicles are EMT ready with a backboard and lockable storage compartment. Clients are responsible for providing medical supplies and equipment. We are available to offer guidance based on the size and type of your event.
